I can also offer you private classes in Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin styles of Yoga.
My classes are based around flowing breath-directed movements while always giving attention to accurate alignment and the therapeutic principles of each Asana, Pranayama and Meditation. I aim to find the balance between effort and ease. Helping you improve your strength, flexibility, and balance and come away feeling at peace and inspired. Classes have a strong emphasis on the breath to encourage you not to force or push your body into postures but to allow the breath to carry you there. Being mindful with every movement can bring consciousness to the subtler sensations in the body.
I offer private classes in a location of your choice, suitable for all levels from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours. We will work together to set goals, discussing any health and lifestyle requirements you have. Following this I will create a bespoke lesson plan for you. I create a space where everyone feels comfortable and supported in their practice.
